Staff Nurse - Andrews Behavioral (Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic)

We are seeking a dedicated nurse to join our team in a busy psychiatric outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will manage the majority of incoming calls to the nurse line, providing exceptional care and support to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, directing them to the appropriate staff or providers
• Manage medication refill requests and sample coordination
• Address patient concerns and provide guidance as needed
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to support patient care
  
  

Requirements

• Current license in good standing
• Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
