Responsible for providing information systems for daily business operations for all departments.
Essential Job Functions
- Promote and maintain a positive work environment founded on teamwork, cooperation, and open communication;
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all departments;
- Assist in solving non-routine software, hardware, and procedures problems;
- Communicate with management, users, staff, and GM to determine requirements for new or modified software & hardware;
- Write recommendations for upper management's review;
- Develop and oversee policies and procedures;
- Plan, implement and oversee MIS budget;
- Coordinate installation of hardware & software;
- Conduct performance appraisals for staff members;
- Oversee MIS quality control;
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School/GED, college preferred
- 3-6 years’ experience in information technology and previous supervisor experience
- Working knowledge of Computer software and Microsoft Office programs such as excel and office
- 21 years of age
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Other physical demands of this job may include, but are not limited to: sitting, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling/pushing, kneeling, squatting, and grasping; must be able to lift, carry, and maneuver up to 25lbs
