Essential Functions:
- Safe operation of delivery trucks.
- Effective communication with dispatch, jobsites, and vendors.
- Safely securing cargo.
- Maintain truck logs when required
- Vehicle safety inspections.
- Knowledge and compliance of DOT regulations.
- Loading and unloading trucks.
- Timely delivery of material of jobs.
- Pick up from/Delivery to vendors.
- Maintain clean vehicle.
- Comply with federal and state law, regulations, and all company rules.
- Participate in online and in-person training and other educational opportunities to develop knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Any other job-related activities requested by immediate supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant experience is required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to complete various activities in the facility that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
- Must be able to move up to 50lbs at a time.
- Extended periods of driving on the road
- This position may require a flexible schedule, and periodic overtime as needed.
