Job Description

As an Inventory Clerk, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records. Your key duties will include:

• Accurate Inventory Counts: Counting materials and meticulously posting totals to inventory records.
• Verification and Reconciliation: Verifying record computations against physical counts of inventory, identifying discrepancies, and adjusting errors.
• Discrepancy Investigation: Investigating and reporting reasons for inventory discrepancies.
• Equipment Operation (Mandatory): Operating equipment such as forklifts, case pickers, and RF scan guns (experience preferred).
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory control or logistics warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to accurately count and record inventory.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic math and data entry.
• Experience with inventory management systems (WMS) highly desired.
• Needed: Experience operating forklifts, case pickers, and RF scan guns.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
