Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the voice of our company, providing exceptional service to our clients and customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.




Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Assist customers with order placement, billing inquiries, and product support.
• Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate departments if necessary.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
