Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Excellence: Lead our compliance efforts, ensuring strict adherence to gaming laws, equipment testing requirements, and safety standards.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to compliance, safeguarding against legal, reputational, and operational challenges.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement robust compliance policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and adherence across the organization.
- Internal Oversight: Establish and maintain internal controls to uphold the integrity of our operations and ensure full compliance with regulatory frameworks.
- Audits and Assurance: Coordinate internal and external audits, inspections, and regulatory inquiries, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
- Training and Empowerment: Educate and empower team members through comprehensive compliance training, fostering a proactive compliance culture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within compliance, regulatory affairs, or the gaming industry.
- Expertise: Deep understanding of gaming regulations and standards, with a proven track record in compliance management.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical prowess, adept problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
