The Role

We’re hiring Camp Coaches to lead kids (ages 4–9, all potty-trained) through KidStrong’s physical, mental, and character-based camp curriculum.

Schedule

• Typical hours: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may vary by location)
• Camps run when school is out
• Additional hours available through private parties and classes (training required)
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead up to 20 potty-trained, kids per camp session using our curriculum
• Start/end camp on time and maintain a dynamic, motivating environment
• Communicate clearly with parents/guardians about any incidents
• Greet families and build strong rapport
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the center
• Track attendance and awards in our coaching app
• Stay active—expect to walk, lift, and move equipment
• Engage with teammates on Slack and complete required training in LearnUpon
• Attend required staff meetings
• Achieve KidStrong Camp Certification through HQ
  
  

Qualifications

• Passion for working with kids is a must
• Experience with children ages 4–9 in camps or coaching a plus
• Strong communication and motivational skills
• Basic knowledge of exercise and body mechanics preferred
• CPR certified
• Hands-on, energetic, and safety-focused
• Thrive in the spotlight and as a team player
  
  

Compensation: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.
