How You Will Do It
Internal Metrics & Measurements:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the data organization, ensuring transparency into performance and impact. Calculate benefit for specific data use cases.
- Develop internal dashboards and reports to provide insights into project effectiveness, data quality, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct analysis to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement.
- Support high-priority projects that drive innovation, process standardization and optimization, and business value within data and analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of data standards across projects, reports, and analytics initiatives.
- Support documentation and governance of data models, definitions, and best practices.
- Work with data engineering and governance teams to improve data accessibility, usability, and quality.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, business operations, or a related field.
- Must have experience with Power BI, SQL, and business intelligence concepts. Heavy excel.
- Experience managing intake processes, measuring performance, and handling cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail oriented with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
