What You Will Be Doing

The Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) – Financial Business Partner will serve as a critical strategic leader supporting enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and performance analytics. This role partners directly with business unit leadership and the Accounting Shared Services Center to drive data-informed decision-making across TFG’s multi-site, multi-brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep financial acumen, strong business partnering skills, and experience navigating complex, fast-paced environments, preferably with a background in private equity-backed enterprises.

Reports To: Enterprise Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

VP Of Financial Planning & Analysis Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise-wide FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, aligning financial goals with strategic objectives.
  • Serve as a senior financial advisor and business partner to operating leaders across multiple brands and geographies.
  • Translate operational performance into actionable insights; lead initiatives to optimize cost structure, margin performance, and capital efficiency.
  • Partner closely with the Accounting Shared Services Center to ensure timely and accurate reporting, data integrity, and alignment between financial reporting and business performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards, KPIs, and executive-level reports to support business reviews and board presentations, highlighting key insights and areas of opportunity.
  • Play a leadership role in M&A modeling, integration analysis, and post-close performance tracking.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, elevating financial literacy and business ownership across the organization.
  • Collaborate with PE stakeholders and internal audit/compliance functions to support portfolio management and value creation plans.
  • Mentor and manage a high-performing FP&A team; establish clear goals and rigor around analysis and presentation standards.

VP Of Financial Planning & Analysis Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA and/or CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive FP&A and business partnering experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Experience supporting multi-site, multi-brand service organizations; facility services or related industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success working in private equity-backed environments, including experience with transformation, value creation, and exit strategies.
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, scenario planning, and performance management tools.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial systems (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Hyperion, Power BI, NetSuite, or similar tools).
