Summary Of Position
As a member of the Human Resources department, the Talent Acquisition Recruiter works within the team to manage high-volume recruitment efforts for clinical and non-clinical roles within a behavioral health/healthcare organization. The TA Recruiter partners closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, proactively sources qualified talent, and builds strong pipelines for frequently hired roles such as therapists, nurses, and case managers. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic sourcing, operational efficiency, and a deep commitment to candidate care and organizational mission.

Essential Duties
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for a large volume of clinical positions such as therapists, nurses, case managers, and support staff, ensuring timely and quality hires to meet operational demands.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring process.
- Partner closely with clinical leaders to understand team dynamics, role requirements, and cultural fit, tailoring recruitment strategies to meet specific departmental needs.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms, with a focus on building pipelines for high-demand roles such as licensed clinicians, therapists, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, conferences, and community events to promote the employer brand and attract mission-aligned talent.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.
- Performs other additional tasks as directed.
- Experience within behavioral health or healthcare settings, with Unionized positions a plus.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organization's HRIS and talent management systems.
