You will be the Project Engineering Staff for the KSA Depot team. Our team is responsible for managing the Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) PAC-3 International Ground Depot program, driving execution to ensure mission success and key customer milestones across all contracts.

As the Project Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing program activities, ensuring flawless execution and influencing others across functional boundaries. You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to travel internationally.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Project Engineering Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing program activities, ensuring flawless execution and influencing others across functional boundaries. You will work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to travel internationally.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Coordinating between key stakeholders' business plans and participating in Initial Baseline Reviews
- Managing program plans, expenditures, and Earned Value Management Plans
- Leading teams through key reviews and maturity gates, and tracking metrics and business rhythms
- Coordinating risk mitigation activities and providing program leadership to Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Interfacing with foreign customers, suppliers, and USG PAC-3 Organizations as required
