Overview

Otter Products is hiring for an Associate Application Administrator to join our IT team in Fort Collins, CO. If you are local, this is a hybrid opportunity and if not local, remote work will be considered.

The Associate Application Administrator supports the business through day-to-day administration and user support of the Salesforce platform including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow their Salesforce expertise under the guidance of a Senior Salesforce Administrator. This role will assist in maintaining system performance, supporting users, and participating in configuration and enhancement projects while learning best practices and gaining hands-on experience.

The Associate Application Administrator works under close supervision, with regular guidance and direction from the Senior Salesforce Administrator and other experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Salesforce users, including troubleshooting access, data, and functionality issues.
• Assist in maintaining the reliability and performance of the Salesforce platform.
• Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including profile and permission management.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new features, updates, and integrations.
• Document processes, configurations, and user guides to support training and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with the Senior Salesforce Administrator to gather user feedback and recommend improvements.
• Monitor basic system usage and data quality to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Learn and apply Salesforce best practices through hands-on experience and structured training.
• Participate in projects to support business needs and system enhancements.
• Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in an IT-related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience required.
• Previous experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud is preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (or in progress) is preferred.
• Must be able to accommodate planned and unplanned evening and weekend work as needed.

USD $33.65/Hr.

For US Based Roles Only - Base Compensation Range Maximum

USD $42.00/Hr.
