Job Purpose
The Solutions and Governance unit under the Digital Services Development (DSD) division of American Honda Motors (AHM) is responsible for research, architecture, analytics data, and governance of customer facing digital apps and integration of various backoffices to expand the digital services.
The UX Data Analyst is required to bring information technology talent and creativity to lead the advancement of digital services and bring innovation toward the next evolution technology products. The analyst must be highly motivated and experienced with research, data analysis, usability analysis, and identify actionable insights to initiate next best action with business stakeholder to reach the AHM future-focused goals.
Qualifications, Experience, And Skills
Minimum Educational Qualifications
BS in computer science, information systems, business, or mathematics
Minimum Experience
3 years of UX design, research, data analyst, specification and design experience
3 years of project and development experience in the automotive, connected vehicles, and IoT
Other Job-Specific Skills
Tools: Figma, InVision, InDesign, Marvel, Google Analytics, Amplitude Analytics, Power BI
UX Design: Wifreframing & Prototyping User Interface, Design Strategy, User Research and Interviewing, Web Design, Storytelling, User Flows & Journeys, and Usability Testing

Working Conditions
- Travel – 5% per year
