As a Network Performance Manager on the Rainbow Restoration team, a typical day for you will include:

• Work with the VP of National Accounts to manage carrier/TPA relationships and secure/onboard new accounts.
• Manage both first and second level reports.
• Conduct regular estimate reviews (Estimate and Xactimate).
• Provide SLA training for Rainbow Restoration locations.
• Provide training for Xactimate pricing updates to Rainbow Restoration estimators and owners.
• Regular review and feedback of reconstruction estimates to the National Account Managers as well as QA Reviewers and RBW Owners.
• Work with Director of Systems to maintain and regularly enhance a best, good, poor (green, yellow, red) reporting system for all RBW Owners participating in KAP work.
• The role will interface with other departments to ensure outcomes, including training and operations.
  
  

(Required Qualifications)

Experience:

• Five (5) years of restoration industry experience as an Owner, General Manager, Operations Manager, Estimator, or Senior Project Manager required.
• Minimum of 3 years management experience required.
• Xactimate Level 1 and 2 Certified preferred.
• WRT, ASD, FSRT and OCT preferred but not required.
  
  

Education:

• Bachelor degree preferred
  
  

Schedule / in-office requirements:

• Hybrid schedule working 3 days in the office and 2 days remote- Waco, TX
