What You’ll Do
As an Estimator at CollisionRight, you’ll play a key role in the customer experience by:
Experience: 1–3 years in the collision repair industry with a solid understanding of estimating practices and vehicle structure.
Knowledge: Familiarity with OEM standards and insurance processes; ability to remove/replace parts such as fenders, doors, and windscreens.
Attention to Detail: You’re thorough, accurate, and methodical in everything you do.
Communication Skills: Strong customer service and negotiation abilities; clear and professional verbal and written communication.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly (and occasionally over 70), with flexibility to crouch, kneel, and move in confined areas.
Safety Mindset: Always follows safety protocols and uses personal protective equipment.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

What You’ll Do
As an Estimator at CollisionRight, you’ll play a key role in the customer experience by:
- Inspecting vehicles to assess visible and hidden damage.
- Determining repair costs, labor, and parts requirements using industry standards and software tools.
- Preparing detailed estimates and communicating clearly with customers and insurance partners.
- Drafting work orders and entering repair plans into CollisionRight’s system.
- Maintaining accurate repair records and documentation.
- Providing exceptional service by answering questions, explaining estimates, and guiding customers through the process.
- Supporting the production team by facilitating smooth repair operations.
