Description
Velocity Network, Northwest Pennsylvania’s leading technology services firm, is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring our employees receive exceptional service. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full payroll process, maintaining employee records, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, and administering health and welfare plans. To support our team, this position requires on-site presence.

This position plays a critical role in supporting our HR operations and ensuring our employees receive exceptional service. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full payroll process, maintaining employee records, supporting all stages of the employee lifecycle, and administering health and welfare plans. To support our team, this position requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee files, records, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements and best practices
- Provide administrative support in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, orientation, employee reviews, and terminations
- Administer health and welfare benefit plans including enrollments, changes, terminations, and invoice auditing
- Provide responsive and accurate customer service to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Generate, audit, and interpret reports
- Maintain confidentiality and apply sound judgment and ethical decision-making in all aspects of the role
- Promote a fair, respectful, and trust-centered environment between employees and leadership
- Proven experience processing and auditing payroll and working with HRIS systems
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; ability to create and interpret reports
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and a strong sense of business ethics
- Ability to balance the needs of employees with the goals of management
