Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Assist the Lead Sheet Metal Mechanic in fabrication and installation of sheet metal duct systems
• Load, transport, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Support job site setup and project execution following standard operating procedures
• Learn to read and interpret mechanical drawings and blueprints
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
• Operate hand and power tools with guidance and training
• Participate in training opportunities and skill development activities
  
  

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in HVAC, construction, or mechanical work preferred (not required)
• Eagerness to learn and develop new trade skills
• Basic familiarity with hand tools and mechanical systems
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
• Valid driver's license with a clean record preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively in English

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday through Friday - 8-hour shifts
• (Saturday shifts may be required depending on project needs)
