Competencies; To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree in human resource administration or other relevant field OR 4 years of relevant progressive human resource experience with experience in developing learning and development initiatives.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to travel up to 15% of the time.

Primary Focus: Employee training, development, and career progression.
- Oversee the Learning and Development program.
- Conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify training needs.
- Develop and maintain career ladders and training plans.
- Collaborate with the employment specialist to organize and present onboarding and orientation programs.
- Create and acquire training manuals, guides, and course materials. Ensure training programs are delivered through various formats (OTJ, group discussions, facilitator-led, computer-based, videos).
- Manage the internal learning management system.
- Keep employees informed about learning and development programs.
- Maintain records of training activities, attendance, and assessments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in training and development.
- Manage specialist training, tuition assistance, and continuing education.
- Lead internal continuing education initiatives.
- Other duties as assigned.
