Manages deployments, project implementations, support/training, and maintenance of the Essette system from a technical perspective. Technical lead for all modules in Essette. Serves as a resource for other departments, development teams, and vendors. Utilizes leadership and technical skills to provide direction for Essette projects. Facilitates the development of Essette for company-based initiatives. Manages the Essette system coordinator team and compliance coordinator position. Cultivates an environment for team engagement and success in individual roles. Helps employees meet goals by providing clarity on tasks and responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities
- Respect confidentiality as described in the UHG Employee Handbook
- Work collaboratively with IT, business units, and other departments using the Essette system
- Liaison for development teams and Gainwell (clinical system vendor). Oversee issue resolution and project development
- Manage testing for all upgrades and deployments
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Inspire and motivate the team
- Act as a liaison between team members and directors
- Monitor and evaluate team performance
- Analyze and improve business processes. Act as a point for system development and process design
- Handle escalated calls and resolve complex production issues for Essette
- Ensure issues or changes are communicated and integrated appropriately
- Serve as a direct point of contact for developing Essette-centered processes with internal teams and external partners
- Schedule, track, and provide oversight for system development projects
- Maintain working knowledge of all modules to facilitate efficient processes
- Create effective, data-driven solutions for operational problems and program requirements
- Organize and validate data to manage the development of reports
- Maintain system efficiency and troubleshoot problems reported by users
- Assess, monitor, and improve work processes. Ensure changes are communicated and integrated
- Maintain user roles to ensure security and availability to specific users
- Coordinate system support between departments and internal IT and/or Essette vendor
- Lead coordination and collaboration with internal IT department to make enhancements
- Analyze and isolate issues. Oversee maintenance of issue log
- Other duties as assigned as per business needs
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of healthcare industry, system support, or care coordination experience
- 1+ years of management experience
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, effective communication skills with technical staff and end users required. Microsoft systems knowledge
- Willing to work standard business hours in Mountain Standard Time zone.
- Experience in systems Analysis
- Experience with Systems Evaluation
- Experience with Quality Control Analysis
- Complex Problem Solving and Troubleshooting
