Job Summary
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient clinic setting
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Deliver safe, efficient, and effective nursing care while maintaining a patient-centered environment
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and responses to treatment
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
- Coordinate follow-up care and referrals as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Support the clinic team in delivering high-quality patient care and improving workflow efficiency
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records and clinical systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
