Remote Data Capture Operator

$28 per hour

Full time (Permanent position)

As a Remote Data Capture Operator at Aspe-South LLC, you will be responsible for accurately capturing and inputting data into our systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data, helping us make informed business decisions. This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately capture and input data into designated systems
• Review data for errors, duplicate entries, and missing information
• Update and maintain existing data within the systems
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
• Ensure security and confidentiality of all data and information
• Meet daily and weekly data entry goals
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; some post-secondary education preferred
• Proven data entry experience or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexible and adaptable to changes in workload and processes
• Experience with healthcare or medical data is a plus
