Lead Operator / Foreman

Alliance Construction is a growing Excavation Company with lots of opportunity. We are looking for Foremen and Lead operators to grow with us. Alliance Construction has a large fleet of heavy equipment including skid loaders, wheeled loaders, excavators of all sizes, dozers, earth compactors and more.

Position

Alliance Construction is looking for Foremen and Lead Operators. At Alliance, we perform a wide range of earth work from mass excavation to demos to underground utilities. You will:

• Manager a 2–4-person crew
• Read blue prints
• Dig footings, backfill, grade, excavate, and topsoil.
• Focus on production and safety.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies throughout each day.
  
  

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years experience in operating equipment
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
• CDL helpful but not required.
• Practical written and verbal communication skills
