  • Estimated annual base pay: $99,600 (minimum) - $124,500 (midpoint) - $149,400 (maximum)

Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Logistics Manager, we have an exciting opportunity for you. The Logistics Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing logistics strategies to ensure efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods. This role involves leading logistics teams, managing large-scale operations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The Logistics Manager focuses on operational excellence, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction while ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining high standards of quality.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and implement long-term logistics strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Manage and mentor logistics supervisors, and staff.
  • Build a strong team culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure logistics efficiency and effectiveness through daily management.
  • Analyze data and generate reports on logistics performance, cost metrics, and operational trends.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations related to transportation, customs, and safety.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in logistics operations, such as delays, disruptions, or regulatory violations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits and reviews.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service, and operations teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any logistics-related issues impacting customer satisfaction.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing large teams and complex operations.
  • In-depth understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
  • Familiarity with international shipping, import/export regulations, and customs requirements.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in logistics.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics management software and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage capital expenditure (Cap-Ex) projects to align with business needs.
  • Drive automation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Solve complex operational problems while fostering a culture of collaboration and conflict resolution.
  • Manage daily management systems to ensure consistent performance tracking and improvement.
  • Lead Kaizen and value stream initiatives to enhance operational processes.
  • Improve material flow to and from production operations, ensuring seamless integration with supply chain processes.

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage capital expenditure projects and automation initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience in developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to set clear objectives aligned with organizational goals.
