Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas is looking for a skilled mobile app

developer with a strong understanding of the modern mobile app landscape

to help us create the next generation of our mobile applications. Youll

be working alongside a dynamic team of developers and designers to build

user interfaces, implement new features, and optimize our apps for the

best user experience.

**What youll do**

• Design and build sophisticated and highly scalable apps
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Maintain code integrity and organization.
• Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features

**What you need**

• High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelors degree in
  
  

computer science or related field preferred

• Minimum of 5 years experience in mobile app development.
• Experience with SWIFT for iOS and/or Kotlin/Java for Android.
• Experience with deploying to the Apple and/or Google stores.
  
  

**Bonus if you have**

• Proficient with mobile development tools like Xcode and Android

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for
  
  

networking

• Experience working with Java.
• Proficient with mobile development tools like Xcode and Android

• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, Vue etc.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and mobile libraries for

• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs, and cloud messaging.
• Experience with profiling and debugging mobile applications.
• Experience with Native Script for cross-platform development.
• Previous work with cloud services (e.g. Azure)
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development processes.
