Job Description
The Web and Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in developing cohesive, visually engaging materials across digital and print platforms. This position requires a blend of creative vision and technical precision to execute design solutions that align with brand identity and business goals. With strong proficiency in industry-standard tools and a deep understanding of responsive web design, this designer collaborates across departments to deliver compelling user experiences and marketing assets that drive engagement and elevate the brand.
Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Position Details: This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week). This is a hybrid position working onsite in our Temecula, CA office and at home.
Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $80,000 to a maximum of $95,000 based on a full-time schedule. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Applications may include but are not limited to repetitive work operating a computer keyboard, mouse and headphones while primarily maintaining a stationary position and occasionally moving about at an assigned work desk area.

Job Description
The Web and Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in developing cohesive, visually engaging materials across digital and print platforms. - Design for a variety of print and digital deliverables for multiple brands, including marketing collateral such as brochures, flyers, logos, emails and landing pages, banner ads, social media assets and more
- Implement SEO
- Help with creating and following branding guidelines
- Flexible and willing to learn and adapt to in-house design practices and methods, regardless of experience.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to brainstorming sessions, solve problems creatively, and support the ideation process.
- Ownership of projects from inception to production
- Manage time on projects and meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively with different departments
- Able to handle and maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive consumer information in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection regulations
- Must follow all company policies and procedures regarding data privacy and protection and data loss prevention
- Regular and predictable attendance is required.
- Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic and web design, with demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
- Proficient in Webflow for designing and developing responsive, user-friendly websites and landing pages.
- Proficient in Figma prototyping of websites, UI kits, emails
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud; specifically Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and Adobe XD
- Strong working knowledge of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and some PHP
- Solid background in graphic design and production methods, including layout, concept development, color theory, typography, printing processes and various photo formats and applications.
- Experience in fin serv and/or fintech and/or credit industry preferred
- Motion graphics and video editing
- Understanding of UX best practices and technical requirements
- Has a passion for the design & ideation process
