About The Role
As a Detailer, you’ll ensure every vehicle is thoroughly cleaned and ready for delivery back to our customers after repair. From inside to out, your keen eye and attention to detail will help us maintain the high standards we’re known for. You’ll also support general shop upkeep and help ensure our work environment stays clean, safe, and organized.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform detailed interior and exterior cleaning of vehicles post-repair
- Inspect repairs for quality and notify the team of any issues found
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized shop environment
- Ensure all equipment is used safely and returned properly
- Handle general maintenance tasks (sweeping, mopping, changing lightbulbs, etc.)
- Participate in safety meetings and follow hazardous waste procedures
- Support team members as needed to meet customer and shop goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Previous automotive/detailing experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfortable working independently and within a team
- Willingness to help wherever needed in a fast-paced environment
- Be part of a growing, supportive team that values quality and customer satisfaction
