Graphic Designer

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to various high-profile projects within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will create precise technical schematics for graphic designs on sports uniforms and apparel, working closely with designers to translate their vision into production-ready artwork. Your expertise will ensure the seamless transition from concept to finished product.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 100% accurate technical schematics of graphic designs for sports apparel, including uniforms and tee shirts.
• Collaborate with designers to understand their creative vision and translate it into detailed technical specifications.
• Ensure that technical drawings meet the requirements for manufacturing and production.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all artwork.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and technical advancements in apparel graphics.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• Proven experience creating technical schematics of graphics for apparel, demonstrating a blend of technical expertise and creative understanding.
• Experience working in production, apparel, or graphic uniform design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant work.
• Proficiency in technical image art or pattern creation.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience presenting projects to stakeholders and navigating ambiguous project requirements.
• A passion for sports and athletics.
• Experience with basketball apparel design.
• Expertise in creating repeat patterns for print and pattern applications.
  
  

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $40 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
