Solarity Credit Union is seeking a full-time Experience Guide for our North 5ht Branch in Yakima!

Bilingual English/Spanish Required

As an Experience Guide, you will welcome and assist members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive and seamless experience from the moment they enter the credit union, fostering trust and satisfaction with every interaction.

As an Experience Guide with Solarity, your typical day includes:

• Ensure that every individual entering the branch has a positive and welcoming first impression.
• Streamline check-in procedures to minimize wait times and ensure a smooth experience for those arriving.
• Contribute to overall member satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Create an environment that makes individuals feel valued, comfortable, and encouraged to return.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members to create seamless and cohesive member experience.
• Assist members with simple tasks that can be handled with ease.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, organized, and presentable.
