Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Install, inspect, and repair HVAC systems in commercial settings, including rooftop units, air handlers, and split systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system diagnostics to ensure efficient operation
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing accurate assessments and solutions
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards on every job
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members about service findings and recommendations
• Maintain accurate work records, including parts used and time spent
• Stay updated on industry advancements, codes, and technologies
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC installation and service
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and safety procedures
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, etc.)

Work Schedule

Full-time - Monday to Friday, with an on-call rotation for emergency service

Work Location:

Local travel to customer sites throughout the region (company vehicle provided)
