Summary:
The HR People Analytics Internal Consultant is a valuable member of the HR People Analytics Team and reports to the Director of HR People Analytics. This role is responsible for the development, deployment, and maintenance of our HR People Analytics program (under the guidance of the Director). This role supports the back-end functions of data management, delivery, and analytics as well as partners with our business leaders to help them extract meaningful insights and action the data. This role will support a portfolio of planned and ad hoc initiatives that will leverage HR data analytics to support the organization with strategic decision making, improved operational performance, reduction of risk, complex problem solving, and strategy deployment. They will partner with leaders and team members within and external to HR to deliver quality and timely results and service. They will support the operations of our HR Analytics Platform.
Responsibilities
1.2. Applies People Analytics to fiscal year goals, system scorecard, and optimization projects
1.3. Applies people analytics to business specific problems and opportunities
1.4. Ability to identify trends, patterns, and connects data points to help the business user understand and articulate the story.
1.5. Versed in survey design and methodology. Ability to apply statistical analysis to inform target setting and provide additional context.
1.6. Contributes to operational day-to-day people analytics work. This can include responsibilities related to deployment, break/fix, Q&A, optimization. Examples of this type of work include System scorecard support, CHRO scorecard, Engagement survey design/deployment (as well as other system surveys), exit interview data extraction and analysis, deployment and results, operational reporting, comp and benefits metrics, talent strategy metrics, DEI metrics, turnover and retention, engagement data (physician and employee), etc.
1.7. Supports regulatory and compliance reporting and analytics. Supports HR audit portfolio with requested data need.
1.8. .Ability to visualize the data and create compelling and visually appealing presentations as needed
1.9. Partner with Internal Communications Team to create communications plan for various initiatives
1.10. Develop end user training materials and deliver training as needed
2.2. Dashboard development and support, survey design and delivery, and reporting responsibilities.
2.3. Responsible for working with our IT partners, vendors, and other consultants to run Q&A
2.4. Provides break/fix, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance support
2.5. Ability to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and recommend and deploy mistake proofing mechanisms
2.6. Maintain change log and history to ensure appropriate documentation exists for business context
2.7. Partners with HRIS, Payroll, and other stakeholders on overseeing HR Data Governance model, and associated data cleanup efforts.
2.8. Maintains an environment that promotes data integrity through security controls and access controls. Maintains data privacy when it comes to personal employee information. Develops protocols for how we manage private/privileged information.

Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with a demonstrated competency in related core HR/Data Analytics platforms, processes, analysis
- Preferred experience working as a program/project manager, facilitator, and/or PI methodology experience.
- Possess a high level of customer service skill. At least 3 years’ customer service experience.
- Experience with technology including HRIS systems, Data Analytics platforms, database/reporting tools
- Strong leadership and team-building skills. Ability to effectively manage daily team operations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to mentor and encourage team members to contribute to the team’s productivity.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus and prioritize.
