Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English/Spanish), passionate about hospitality, and able to manage all aspects of the restaurant to ensure a smooth and successful operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front- and back-of-house operations
  • Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Create schedules and manage labor to meet budget targets
  • Support marketing and promotional efforts to increase revenue
  • Report sales, labor, and food cost metrics to ownership/upper management

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish (required)
  • Valid Texas Food Manager Certification (required)
  • Minimum 2 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Ability to work 55 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible to work at other company restaurants, as needed.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience with POS systems and restaurant software is a plus
