This role is integral to organizational success, providing a range of administrative and operational support functions while promoting a professional, organized, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, appointments, and logistics
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, agendas, and meeting notes
- Oversee general office management, including inventory replenishment
- Support planning and execution of staff and board events
- Maintain both digital and physical records with accuracy and confidentiality
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming guests and building needs
- Provide support for HR activities such as onboarding, interview coordination, and training logistics
- Assist with board meeting preparation and special projects as assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of shared office spaces
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of integrity, initiative, and professionalism
- Interest in learning and applying new technologies and tools
