Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide assessment, treatment, and education for residents in a 576-bed Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Responsibilities include delivering therapy as ordered, delegating tasks to assistants, and using observations and assessments to develop treatment plans.
- Focus on maximizing independence and health for individuals with physical injuries, cognitive impairments, or psychosocial issues.
- Qualifications include licensure or eligibility, preferably prior skilled nursing experience, and knowledge of therapy principles, methods, and equipment.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, emotional stability, and confidentiality, with knowledge of Medicare and third-party reimbursement preferred.
