The experienced nurse independently provides routine and complex care in a clinical setting, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of patient situations and managing contingencies effectively.
- Practices according to ANA standards, utilizing the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addresses patients’ psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs while educating patients and families.
- Administers medications and treatments per protocol, monitors for side effects, and documents care thoroughly.
- Assesses learning needs and provides appropriate education and resources.
- Meet competency expectations, participate in orientation, and complete annual training requirements.
- Requires a BSN (preferred), 1 year of related experience (preferred), valid RN license, BLS, and ACLS certification.
- Work hours are 7PM-7AM; full-time position with credential and competency validation within specified grace periods.
