- Summary: The competent Nurse practices independently in a similar clinical setting, providing routine and complex care while managing long-term goals. They develop skills to handle clinical contingencies, make appropriate assignments, and delegate tasks to care providers.
- Responsibilities include demonstrating leadership in self, others, or leaders, using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, evaluation), and addressing patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs. They administer medications, monitor effects, document care, and educate patients and families on health needs.
- Requirements: Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, at least 1 year of related experience preferred, BLS certification, RN license in state or compact, and work hours from 7AM to 7PM. Full-time position.
