RN, Registered Nurse - PreAdmitting

The qualified Nurse, with experience in a similar clinical setting, practices independently and manages all relevant aspects of patient care.

• Provides routine and complex nursing care, planning long-term goals and responding to clinical contingencies.
• Assigns and delegates tasks appropriately to care providers to manage patient needs effectively.
• Demonstrates competencies in self-leadership, team leadership, or leadership of multiple teams.
• Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Addresses the psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments per protocols, monitoring outcomes and side effects.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care provided.
• Provides education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying learning needs and resources.
  
  

Job requires a BSN (preferred), at least 1 year of related experience (preferred), BLS certification, and an active RN license in the state or a compact license. Work schedule and type are full-time, with details to be determined.
