Physician Hospitalist

Physicians in this role have the independence to make clinical decisions with support from an interdisciplinary team, including a lead medical director, nurse practitioner/PA, and on-site coordinators.

• It's a better alternative to hospitalist shifts, with flexible schedules requiring only 2.5-4 hours at SNFs for rounding, documentation, and check-ins, plus phone/text availability during an 8-hour shift.
• The position offers managing diverse medical and rehab cases, with potential pathways to medical directorship for career growth.
• Work is Monday-Friday in Monterey and Salinas, with autonomous hours, earning $300k+ plus benefits and 18 days PTOL.
• Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine, passionate about elderly care, and seeking a full-time, permanent position.
