The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in accordance with laws and standards.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT) and licensed in the state.
- Preferred one year of post-acute care experience; CPR certification required.
- Participates in community health projects; proficient in Microsoft Office; communicates effectively with patients and staff.
- Ensures patient safety, implements treatment plans, and supervises therapy staff.
- Maintains confidentiality, adheres to policies, and demonstrates professionalism.
- Performs documentation, uses therapy software, and provides excellent customer service.
- Demonstrates physical stamina and teamwork skills.
