What You’ll Do
Customer Service
- Greet clients with warmth and professionalism—in person, over the phone, and via email.
- Assist with reservations, check-ins, and questions about our services.
- Resolve concerns with empathy, ensuring every guest (and pet!) feels valued and cared for.
- Help bathe and prep dogs in our grooming salon under the guidance of experienced groomers.
- Assist in supervising daycare playgroups, keeping pets safe and happy.
- Support our boarding operations: feeding, cleaning, and giving lots of love to our overnight guests.
- Rotate through all parts of the resort to build knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Learn the essentials of pet grooming, animal behavior, and wellness.
- Build a foundation that could lead to future leadership or even launching your own pet care business.
- Animal Lover: You're naturally compassionate, patient, and excited to work with pets.
- Strong Communicator: You’re great with people and can work confidently with both clients and team members.
- Team-Oriented: You work well with others, pitch in when needed, and bring a positive attitude.
- Adaptable: You can juggle multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Physically Capable: You can lift up to 50 lbs, stay on your feet, and handle active work.
- Hands-on, in-depth training in grooming, daycare, and boarding.
