Adecco is actively recruiting for an HR/Administrative Assistant Role position in Warren, Michigan. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a professional manufacturing and engineering organization. Pay is $20 per hour and the hours are MWF, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (20–30 hours per week). In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative and office support tasks — from managing mail and document services to file digitization and policy distribution. Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • HR or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Professional appearance — business casual attire
  • Ability to work independently and stay motivated
  • Experience in a professional office environment preferred

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming calls, greet guests, and book conference rooms
  • Process incoming/outgoing US Mail and deliveries
  • Perform copy, print, scan, file digitization, and records management tasks
  • Provide conference room setup/cleanup and hospitality services
  • Order and manage office supplies and kitchen inventory
  • Support policy distribution and document management projects
  • Assist with basic IT, equipment needs, and light office moves
  • Report facility issues as needed
  • Support additional administrative services such as data entry and filing

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: HR or administrative experience preferred

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
