- Provide direct physical therapy rehab care per physician referral, adhering to laws and standards
- Must be a graduate of an accredited PT program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT) with current licensure
- Preferred 1+ year post-acute care experience
- Maintain CPR certification and participate in community health projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and effective communication
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and documenting treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, ensure patient safety, and uphold confidentiality
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service
- Physical activity includes sitting, standing, lifting, and mobility during work hours
