- Responsibilities include assessing and re-evaluating pediatric patients, developing and updating care plans, identifying functional deficits, recommending DME, coordinating services, and maintaining infection control.
- Qualifications include a relevant degree, current Texas license, reliable transportation, and pediatric home health experience preferred.
