Provide community and in-home individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring client and family voice in treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, coordinate services, and develop personalized support plans.
Operate under supervision, with opportunities for licensure within three years, including ongoing training and licensure support.
Participate in team meetings, documentation, crisis support, and after-hours on-call rotation.
