LPN Outpatient - Dermatology

Seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse with a $5,000 sign-on bonus (external applicants only).

• Assist in delivering quality patient care across two Roanoke locations, traveling as needed.
• Perform patient assessments, prepare for provider exams, assist during procedures, and document in electronic medical records.
• Administer medications, maintain a clean and stocked work environment, and provide patient education.
• Support referral and pre-authorization processes and assist with lab procedures.
  
  

Requirements include graduation from an accredited LPN program, Virginia licensure, BLS certification, and preferably one year of experience. The role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and proficiency with electronic health records.

This full-time day shift position involves four 9-hour shifts plus one 4-hour shift every two weeks.
