Physical Therapist (Exempt) - PAH

This Physical Therapist role involves conducting home therapy evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and ensuring quality patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, create care plans, and deliver direct therapy interventions based on physician orders.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation, promote safety, and adhere to all regulatory and agency policies.
• Educate patients and families, maintain confidentiality, and follow infection control procedures.
• Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Physical Therapy, a valid state license, and BLS certification within 30 days.
• Requires strong communication, organizational skills, adaptability, and knowledge of therapy techniques for diverse age groups.
