Job Description
A healthcare company that provides an online platform that helps individuals find affordable prescription medications is looking for an Associate Account Manager to join their client success team. Day to day responsibilities include supporting Account Managers and Sr. Account Managers on the team in managing high-tier Pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts, building to lead smaller accounts on their own. This person will assist with compiling monthly data and analytics readouts for customers, collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers. They will work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process as well as facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines and regularly updating status documentation. Lastly, they will create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool.

Skills And Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in client management (sales heavy roles will not work unless they have a pharma background)
- Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and be resourceful.
- A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management platforms - Task Ray in Salesforce (similar tools are JIRA or Asana) -Advanced client or account management experience
- Experience with small pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency (creative agencies)
- Experience with managing or coordinating MLR process or regulated industries null
