- Performs health assessments, educates clients on self-care, and conducts supervisory visits to review care plans and caregiver competency.
- Collaborates with healthcare teams to ensure compliance, maintains confidentiality, and reports incidents as required.
- Qualifications include an accredited nursing degree, current license, CPR certification, and experience in home health preferred.
- Requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams.
