Are you bold thinking? Find your place on our team and help us change the world! SkyWater Technology's Procurement and Logistics team is looking for a high-energy Materials Associate. Seize the opportunity to work in a team that supports filing, incoming receipt, storage of materials, deliveries, and coordination of shipping goods to support the semiconductor business. Responsibilities Operate assigned equipment in a bay designated as an area of expertise. Ensure proper gowning procedures and safety standards are being followed at all times in the area. Receiving, stocking, and issuing of materials using Netsuite ERP system Perform basic warehouse functions such as cycle counts and kit-building Support day-to-day factory critical requirements Communicate to site daily inventory levels and shipping status Required Qualifications High school diploma, General Educational Development (GED) diploma, or equivalent Minimum 3-year work experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or logistic role preferably within the semiconductor OR manufacturing industry Prior experience working with a high level of attention to detail Ability to function independently, as a team leader, or as a team member Previous experience working with all levels of management and operational groups Comfortable with computers; familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Requires ability to follow established guidelines; follow standard procedures in crisis situations; communicate and enforce organizational policies and procedures; recognize and constructively conform to rules or practices Requires the ability to work C Shift, defined as Wednesday through Saturday in one week, and Thursday through Saturday in the other week, from 6:00 am - 6:15 pm, 12.25 hours per day, with a 30-minute unpaid meal period in mid-shift. Requires physical demands to successfully perform the essential functions of this job: Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Consistently required to move around the facility Perform routine lifting and/or moving of 30 to 50 pounds US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship. The hourly range for this role is $19.69 - $29.54 per hour. Pay offered is based on many factors including, but not limited to, the job-related experience, skills, education, and credentials of each candidate.
