Applicant must have as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office - especially Outlook, Word and Excel. Knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office 365, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Frontline (formerly AESOP) a plus. Experience with workers' compensation and health/general liability insurance is preferred, but not required. Job duties include typing, filing, scanning, and general office procedures. Applicant must be self-directed, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, function calmly in stressful situations and be able to meet constant deadlines. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, customer-service focus and adherence to department policies/procedures are essential. Must have the ability to work in a group environment, multi-task and be able to maintain high levels of confidentiality. Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with school stakeholders, state and federal agencies and the general public. Base pay is $23,184 pending review and verification of experience.
