Job Description The Shotblast Operator is responsible for satisfying customer requirements of quality, quantity and delivery, in a safe manner, while maximizing productivity. They perform various production support duties as assigned by supervisor, as well as execute general housekeeping for warehouse. They will be responsible for operating electronic grinders to smooth and/or finish parts prior to and/or following processing. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience with laser operations is strongly preferred. Mechanically inclined, production oriented, and safety and quality conscious. General knowledge of crane operation and ancillary lifting devices. Detail oriented with ability to inspect material for quality conformance through the use of measuring devices and drawings. Working knowledge of general computer programs is preferred. Ability to work on 2nd shift, 3:00pm - 1:00am, M-Th.
